Course Description
Leading can be difficult, whether it is in your personal life, career, or both! Here at NATS, we have developed this course to teach you strategies and techniques that will bring your leadership skills to the next level. We believe that some of the key aspects to strong leadership include communication, conflict resolution, self-confidence, equality, and honoring every viewpoint.
Our all-female team of instructors will help you discover YOUR path to improving how you lead in this 3-day, transformational, online learning experience spanning the course of three weeks. You will be inspired to think differently while drawing from all learning styles to identify, enhance, and hone your best personal skillset in all aspects of your life.
Here is just a portion of what attendees will learn:
- Leadership skills and techniques; including recognizing other’s perspectives, conflict resolution techniques, and communication skills
- Personal strengths; including building confidence, equality, and work/life balance
- Self-awareness; including coherence and resiliency
Deliverables: Attendees who complete the course will receive a NATS-issued Women Lead Certificate of Completion.
Who Should Attend: Women who have a primary role in a leadership position or are working to improve their leadership skills.

- Please plan to be stationary during the course; driving while attending the course is not permitted
Meet the Instructors
Karen Hauck, Chief Operating Officer, Lead Instructor
Karen is a strong, passionate, and inspiring wife, mother, and professional with 20 years of experience in leadership positions throughout her career in various industries. She joined NATS in 2016 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer where her responsibilities include being chair of B Corps and serving as a member of the advisory board. After attending and instructing multiple Empower the Educator courses for NATS, she is excited to help you discover your path forward in leadership.
Rebecca Seibel, Director of Training, Lead Instructor
Rebecca is a motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic woman with over 24 years of experience, which in March of 2018 earned her the Leadership Award from the Minnesota Chapter of ISA. She joined NATS in 2018 and was recently promoted to Director of Training. Rebecca brings a unique perspective to this course since she has worked in various roles within a team throughout her career, including ground worker, team/crew management, and business owner. She knows from her experience that personal growth happens best when all people are in a safe and fun work environment. She is excited to help you reach the ultimate goal of cultivating the team you want by helping you become the type of leader you want to be.
