Women in Trees: Chainsaw Safety and Cutting Techniques June 12-14, 2020

*Due to COVID-19, we are monitoring this course. We will post registration information and updates as available.

Research and experience shows women learn differently than their male counterparts. Whether it be in a formal classroom setting or out in the field, women tend to thrive in an environment that is open, accepting and intellectually safe. Simply put, women don’t learn from listening alone; they learn best when they are provided the platform for dialogue and discussion.

Our Women in Trees training program creates a community and connection among women seeking professional advancement and self-improvement in the tree care industry. Through a hands-on learning environment, our all-female team of instructors utilize their own experiences to inspire others.

How is Women in Trees different from other training programs?
  • Provides a non-competitive environment which allows you to freely ask questions and receive informative answers from qualified instructors
  • Offers the opportunity to try new techniques through hands-on learning
  • Facilitates training that supports ergonomics and learning styles unique to women
  • Encourages you to help inspire other women to achieve their best
  • Empowers you to set your own challenges and master them!
