We’re thrilled to attend ArborEXPO for the first time, and hope to see you March 30-31 in Springfield, Massachusetts! Not only will we bring our popular Skills Arena to ArborEXPO, but several of our NATS team members will be presenting over the course of the two-day event, too.
ArborEXPO is the tree care industry’s fastest-growing trade show and conference, and offers arborists and those who work in the industry the chance to learn, network with your colleagues, demo gear and equipment, and more. Join more than 2,300 tree care professionals, industry-leading speakers, exhibitors, and students coming into the profession March 30 and 31.
Speaking of industry-leading speakers, NATS’ own CEO Ed Carpenter and Director of Training Rebecca Seibel will present “Competency Assessments: Ensuring Compliance for Green Collar Trade Workers,” during which they’ll give a live demonstration of KSA (knowledge, skills, and abilities) assessments. Ed and Rebecca will also present “Utilizing Team-Based Competition to Improve Engagement of Your Workforce” to introduce a new way of team building.
Rebecca will team up with NATS’ Chief Operating Officer Karen Hauck to present “Achieving Resiliency and Efficiency with a Culture of Optimal Safety” during which they’ll introduce how four domains of safety — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual — can impact our performance.
Gather your colleagues and sign up as a team of four to compete in the NATS Skills Arena, which we’ll host twice a day on both days of the event. After watching a best practices demonstration by NATS trainers, you’ll show off your technical chainsaw or rigging skills under their watchful eyes. The teams that prove to have the safe and most proficient showings will win prize packages filled with gear and equipment from our Safety Alliance Partners.
We’re excited for ArborEXPO and hope you’ll join us! And if you register before March 13, you’ll get 25% off your full conference pass.
