Here we are, at the start of another year, and we have a feeling 2022 is going to be a terrific year for NATS!
To kick off the year we offered our first Women Lead: Discovery Your Path Forward program for the women in our industry. The response to this new course that we introduced in 2021 has been extremely positive, and we’re looking forward to reaching more of our colleagues in the future.
Next up in our live video conferencing training lineup is Empower the Educator – Building Strong Teams, which begins February 15. This popular four-part course is a professional development opportunity for current supervisors, leaders, managers, and trainers who are interested in honing their leadership and training skills.
In addition to these two courses and the others we have lined up through April, not to mention our e-learning module courses that are available anytime, we have a lot of exciting things on the horizon. Though we can’t go into great detail right now, here’s a sneak peek of what’s going on behind the scenes:
- NATS is in the process of applying to become a B Corp Certified company.What does that mean? B Corp measures a company’s entire social and environmental impact. We’ll be able to share more as we complete the process of becoming certified.
- NATS is designing an industry-changing project that will revolutionize the industry.
