NATS is Proud to be a Petzl Technical Partner

Last fall, NATS took our relationship with Petzl to the next level by becoming a Petzl Technical Partner (PTP). What does that mean?

According to Petzl, each PTP is “a recognized expert company or individual in a vertical environment that demonstrates a thorough understanding of their respective industry, contributes to the development of best practices, and meaningfully integrates Petzl into their systems and curriculum.”

Petzl’s PTP mission statement reads, “The Petzl Technical Partner (PTP) Program’s mission is to develop a diverse network of training company partners and recognized leaders who can help Petzl promote our products and solutions to a wide variety of industries and end-users. Whereas Petzl is an expert in our products and services, we believe that front line, subject-matter experts are the best bridge to the industries we ultimately serve.”

To be considered to become a PTP, NATS went through a rigorous application process, including an initial discussion about mutual goals and expectations. Upon receiving a formal invitation to apply for PTP, we were excited to be officially welcomed into the PTP network. We are currently working with Petzl to schedule our first on-site meeting and a facility tour.

As a PTP, NATS enjoys access to Petzl products and gear for our team, the Petzl Technical Institute training center in Salt Lake City, and additional team training opportunities. Additionally, NATS joins a subject matter expert network of nearly 30 other trainers and training organizations, industry leaders and influencers, and consultants and field experts in five continents and nearly 20 companies who have also met Petzl’s standards to become PTPs. We are proud to have the opportunity to provide our expertise in the tree care and arboriculture industries through the PTP program.

Our PTP partnership with Petzl has just begun, and we fully expect to strengthen and grow that partnership in the years ahead.
