Why I love working in the industry: I enjoy training because I like breaking down a process to trainees. Waiting for the "lightbulb moment" when they understand something they didn't before. I particularly enjoy training aerial rescue, teaching something new that could potentially help in a worst case scenario. The more prepared people are for mistakes/accidents that can happen = quicker plan and response time = better outcome.
