At NATS, we use assessments to determine ‘where you are’, not as a measurement of ‘who you are’. Once you know ‘where you are’, it’s easier to map how to get ‘where you WANT to go’. Assessments give us valuable feedback by identifying an individual’s and an organization’s strengths and potential, as well as developmental and performance improvement opportunities. Re-assessments can also provide valuable feedback on the effectiveness of trainings and programs.
