    The Aerial Rescue Training Course prepares climbers for the most likely scenarios where they may have to respond to an emergency. The one-day course provides instruction and field demonstration around emergency preparedness, readiness and accident prevention. Specific topics of instruction include:
    • Rescue, readiness and reality
    • Risk assessment, scene management and first aid
    • Self-rescue
    • Scenario identification and injury evaluation/severity evaluation
    • Climber extrication, rescuer ascent and work positioning
    • Common tree rescue scenarios

    Location: Pera Club, 1 East Continental Drive, Tempe, AZ
    Date: January 19, 2018
    Course Times: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm; lunch is not included
    Cost: $150
    CEUs: International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) Certified Arborists, Utility Specialists, Municipal Specialists, and Tree Workers will be eligible to receive CEUs.

  • Age of Majority: Each participant must be over the age of majority in the state in which the course is being held
    Payment Terms: A minimum of $100 is required to hold your space; full payment is required at least 14 days prior to the start of the course
    Cancellation Policy: 30 or more days in advance: full refund; 29-14 days in advance: 50% cancellation penalty; 13-0 days in advance: 100% cancelation penalty; no-shows: no refund.
    We ask each registrant to provide either an e-mail address or a fax number, as you will receive your confirmation letter and supporting information by one of these two ways. If an administrator in your office is submitting a registration, please ensure to pass along the confirmation package to the staff member who will be attending the training.
    You may register with a check or through our online payment system (check made out to North American Training Solutions). Please keep in mind that a $100.00 deposit is required to be paid to hold a spot. The remainder must be paid 14 days prior to the start of the program; failure to do so will result in a forfeit of registration fees and deposits already paid
